Redesigned the new immersive, user-centric dashboard of the B2B product "Turtle Shield," enhancing user experience and streamlining operations. Through interviews and usability tests, Improved user flows in both the HDFC and SAAS models. Created a Design System from scratch along with multiple flows that enhanced the assessment creation process for the SAAS model to cater to both freemium and premium users, thereby increasing product's brand value.
